I’m passionate about massage & yoga, and my favorite is Thai Yoga Massage (See FAQs for More information). I provide therapeutic, relaxing massages that are also deep and insightful. I am able to “see” the tissues of the body with my hands, and after the massage I will gladly discuss any activities of daily living that lead to chronic tension and stress. I’d be happy to discuss stretches that can be done between massages as well.
I have been teaching yoga since 2012 through Dragonfly Yoga, and practicing Massage since 2015. I received over 750 hours of education, including hands on massage, through Cortiva Institute Seattle, starting in 2014.
Since then, I have received over 24 hours of training in Thai Yoga Massage and Acupressure with Eric Spivack through Soaring Crane Massage, in pursuit of his Thai Yoga Massage Certification.
I am very grateful to the amazing teachers that have guided my mind and body to this rewarding work. While I will always be a student, working hard to craft my massage and yoga skills, I also love to balance my work and study with some R&R, time with friends, and adventures like climbing, hiking, and traveling.
